Robert earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California in 1990. In 1995, he acquired his first gas station and has since grown a diversified portfolio of businesses through disciplined operations, strategic investment, and a long-term commitment to serving customers and creating value.

The transaction preserved an important community medical facility, protected a significant investment in the property, and restored access to healthcare services for area residents.
The project was recognized with the 2025 CoStar Impact Award for Lease of the Year in Las Vegas.
